SignalScout surfaces publicly available, buyer-intent posts from community platforms via their public APIs, scores them, and lets you export or save them. It is a discovery and productivity tool. You are responsible for how you contact people and for complying with each platform's rules and applicable law.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Use the same email you pay with to access paid features.
AI reply drafts are suggestions generated by third-party models. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you send. We don't guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Some data sources are public APIs we don't control and may become unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for results obtained through the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
