SignalScout ("we", "us") helps consultants discover public, buyer-intent posts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. SignalScout is operated from Lithuania, EU.

1. What we collect

The scanner itself queries public community APIs (e.g. Hacker News, Dev.to) directly from your browser. We do not collect the people whose public posts appear in your feed.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, improving the product), and with your consent where required (e.g. marketing emails).

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us and we'll act within 30 days. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it on request or within a reasonable period after closure, except where law requires longer (e.g. invoices).

7. Cookies & storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language and scanner settings. No third-party advertising trackers.
